Q.	I own a children’s clothing store or am about to open one and wish to carry Peaches ‘n Cream® products. Where do I go?
A.	Click on the “About Us” page on this website. There you will find a list of *Peaches ‘n Cream* sales representatives, including their territories, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses. You may contact them directly or you may e-mail customerservice@peaches-n-cream.com, and we will contact you. Thank you for your interest.

Q.	How do I establish credit (standard terms) for purchases of your products for my store?
A.	Provide us with other credit references, including trade references and/or, most importantly, information regarding your banking relationship (bank name, address, telephone number, and contact person) by faxing the information to 336-584-9130. Be assured that we do not share this information with other apparel companies, only our factor, CIT Financial Services. In addition, we accept all major credit cards, or we can ship your order via COD if you prefer.

Q.	I wish to purchase Peaches ‘n Cream for my children or grandchildren, but no store in my area carries the line. How can I purchase it?
A.	*Peaches ‘n Cream* and our related product-lines are sold only in specialty stores in the United States. If you are having difficulty finding our products in stores near you, we can assist you. Q.	How do I determine what size I need?
A.	For your convenience a size-chart is accessible on every style page on this website. It is clearly marked. Generally speaking, if you know the weight and height (length) of the child, you can determine the size needed with little difficulty.

Q.	I purchased a Peaches ‘n Cream garment that is defective. How can I get my money back?
A.	We apologize. Though we strive for perfection, we are only human. E-mail us at customerservice@peaches-n-cream.com, telling us where you purchased the garment, and we will instruct you on how to return it for a refund. And please accept our apology.

Q.	Do you have an Outlet Store?
A.	Yes. It is located in Burlington NC in University Commons Shopping Center at Exit 140 on Interstate 40/85. We are situated between Bed Bath & Beyond and Petsmart. Q.	Do you offer monogramming?
A.	Yes, as do many of the specialty stores that carry Peaches ‘n Cream products. Items suitable for monogramming are so noted in the collections as are appropriate monogram styles and sizes. If need be, e-mail us and we will assist you.

Q.	Do you ship outside the United States?
A.	Currently, we do not. Insofar as clothing is concerned, issues regarding duty and importation render it difficult for a company our size to ship beyond our borders. Hopefully this will change.

Q.	Where does the term “Peaches ‘n Cream” come from?
A.	So glad you asked! In merry old England, the term referred to a fair complexion. A little girl with rosy cheeks and smooth downy skin was said to be wearing “her peaches-and-cream.” Imagine. The metaphor is perfect. But does it not apply to all little girls . . . and boys? For 60 years we have designed clothing for children—girls and boys—and, inevitably, during live-fitting sessions, we marvel at how precious they are — no matter the color of their skin, the differing shapes of their small bodies or their eyes and faces, or the texture of their hair. Though different in many of these ways, children are universally precious—innocent, pure, hopeful, and enthusiastic. It’s little wonder we love what we do.
